Never had a bad meal and always receive what we’ve ordered. Generally delivery is up to an hour, but was nice an quick last night, just 20 minutes.

Firstly it was half hour late n luke warm... peas in rice not cook... ordered a hot curry not hot n 4 bits of chicken... I mean really. Ill buy u some chickens if ur that hard up. Nann bread was wet n soggy not nice at all.

First time we ordered from this restaurant after moving to the area in December. I placed the order online at 18:54 and was expecting to receive my delivery 55 minutes later as displayed on the tracking system, which I had been initially impressed with. At 20:25 I rang the restaurant to be told that it was due to the B4012 being closed... I would accept a 10 minute delay for this and not the 50 minutes that was actually the case. I was also really unimpressed with the attitude and weak excuses I got on the phone when calling, aswell as the delivery driver yelling back at me to ask for a refund if I’m not happy, whilst he was already heading out of the drive! The poppadoms were smashed up, the food was lukewarm at best and nothing to shout about. Think we’ll stick with House of Spice from now on and I’d appreciate the manager getting in touch to arrange a refund please.

The road was closed and 55 minutes was not enough for delivery tonight! Our driver asks you to ring back to the restaurant if you are not happy with the food. Food was delivered just after cooking.
